We are currently looking for a Administrator, Quality Control (temporary) who will report to the Manager, Quality Control and support the inspection team through administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the NCRM - DR non-compliance report database in the ERP system (Infor LN)
- Maintain the non-compliance management system (Tervene) used by the rapid response team (ANDON)
- Support the rapid team response Team Leader (ANDON) in monitoring open actions
- Produce performance index response (KPIs)
- Any other related tasks for administrative support of the rapid response team (ANDON)
Your profile
- College diploma in a technical discipline preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience using systems (e.g., ERP systems or any other data management systems)
- Experience in manufacturing is an asset
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with KPIs is an asset
