**Position Title:**Production Team Member
**New / Replacement:**Replacement
**Term:**Permanent – Full Time
**Work Mode:**Onsite
**Reports to:**Production Supervisor
**Shift / Time:**40 hours per week (5 days x 8 hour afternoon shift; rotating days and evenings)
Hourly Rate: $20.03 and up
**Address:**Brockville, ON

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cooking, inspecting, and packaging our eggs and egg products on a production line for various customers
- Preparing finished products for shipment (e.g. packaging, completing appropriate paperwork, building pallets, etc.)
- Notice the details, and take steps to solve problems, while performing repetitive tasks
- Repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Resolve quality issues while demonstrating a high work ethic
- Able to work on flexible shifts with occasional overtime for 40 hours per week
- Work as a team and independently in a food production environment
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of HACCP and GMP’s would be an asset
- Safe food handling procedures and wearing proper PPE
WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Previous food processing experience is preferred
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced workplace
- Previous factory or equivalent experience preferred
