Who you are
- Experience: 3+ years in a Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations role, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. (Salesforce Administrator certification required)
- Process Development: Proven experience developing and scaling operations processes from scratch, with a deep understanding of workflows, automation and business processes
- Cross-functional Expertise: Demonstrated ability to align multiple stakeholders (sales, finance, legal, customer success) and drive project execution through collaboration
- Technology Proficiency: Strong understanding of Salesforce and integrated systems. (Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Nooks etc.)
- Collaborative Communication: Translates technical changes into clear guidance for end users and partners effectively with cross‑functional teams
What the job involves
- We are seeking a detailed‑oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to support our go‑to‑market (GTM) motions by ensuring data integrity, optimizing processes, and delivering actionable insights
- You’ll work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to align systems and reporting, enabling our teams to scale efficiently
- You will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations
- System Administration & Optimization: Own day-to-day administration of GTM systems (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.), including user management, permissioning, page layouts, workflows, and system configuration
- Process Enablement & Automation: Translate business needs into system workflows and automation, helping reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deploy scalable solutions
- Data Quality & Integrity: Maintain clean, reliable data across systems through proactive audits, validation rules, and best practices in data governance
- Project Execution: Support new tool implementations, system migrations, and process improvements, ensuring GTM teams have the tools they need to succeed
- Tool Adoption & Enablement: Proven ability to maximize ROI from GTM tools by performing routine audits, leading onboarding, and ensuring strong user adoption through continuous support and education
- Documentation & Training: Create clear documentation for system processes and provide training or enablement to end users as needed
