Compensation:$50,000 – $10,000+ per year (commission-based). This range reflects typical earnings of our Sales Consultants; top performers have the opportunity to earn well above this range.
Job Duties:
- Assist customers in choosing vehicles and addressing concerns.
- Conduct demonstrator drives adhering to dealership procedures.
- Explain equity, residual value, and depreciation concepts.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and strong client relationships.
- Ensure detailed vehicle delivery and follow-up on customer requests.
- Personalize each vehicle delivery experience.
- Perform assigned additional duties.
Successful Candidates Possess:
- 1-3 Years in a sales background.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
- Valid OMVIC certification.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills self-motivated with excellent work ethic.
- Loves a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills and understanding of technology.
