What You’ll Be Doing

The Director, Innovation and Identity Engineering is an experienced technology leader responsible for guiding the enterprise-wide adoption of advanced security technologies that support the organization’s information security strategy. You will be leading a team of expert engineers in exploring and implementing innovative solutions to address evolving cyber threats. By collaborating closely with Information Security business leads, you will accelerate advancements in product evaluation, business case development, project planning, and data analytics. Additionally, the role oversees the design, cost estimation, and implementation planning for large-scale security initiatives, exercising significant autonomy to deliver timely, strategic solutions. The role also champions the use of modern delivery methodologies and strong internal partnerships to accelerate the achievement of security objectives. This pivotal role will provide direct oversight of our CyberArk and HashiCorp platforms, ensuring robust privileged access management and secrets management across the organization. The successful candidate will drive the strategy, architecture, and execution of IAM initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to safeguard our digital assets and support business objectives.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Leadership & Strategy - Direct and coordinate the enterprise-wide design and implementation of leading-edge technologies to enable the organization’s information security business strategy. Lead a team of highly skilled engineers focused on exploring, evaluating, and integrating innovative technologies to address evolving cyber threats. Coordinate the development and execution the IAM roadmap, with a focus on privileged access management and secrets management using CyberArk and HashiCorp platforms. Exercise a high degree of autonomy in delivering solutions to meet Information Security strategic objectives and address global threats expeditiously.
  • Collaboration & Innovation - Work closely with Information Security business leads to accelerate learning in product evaluation, business case development, project planning, and data analytics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Lead the design, cost estimation, and development of implementation strategies for large, complex security initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence- Oversee the daily operations of the IAM Security Engineering team, ensuring high standards of performance, accountability, and professional development. Leverage internal relationships and modern delivery methodologies to shorten objective realization timelines and deliver value quickly. Establish and maintain robust processes for ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement of IAM platforms and controls.

Who You Are

  • You can demonstrate experience in managing a team of technologists with expertise in privileged access management and secrets management, with direct experience overseeing platforms such as CyberArk and HashiCorp to safeguard digital assets. You also possess a deep understanding of advanced security technologies and have a proven track record of guiding enterprise-wide adoption to support information security strategies. You are comfortable exercising significant autonomy, making timely, strategic decisions to deliver impactful solutions for complex security challenges.
