Our Organization Prime Health Ltd. is a fastest growing NNHP (Natural and Non-prescription Health Product) manufacturing company based in Maple Ridge, BC having presence in North America, Asia, Middle East and Latin American countries. We are passionate in delivering result and customer satisfaction. To boost our growth, we are looking for Quality Control (QC) Technician - Documentation who can contribute in the following activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Processing and filing the documents related to Quality.
- Assist quality team pertaining to retention sample logs.
- Maintain and update all Quality Systems batch records and testing records.
- Assist QA and QC team with filing of raw material and finished product retained samples.
- Coordinate with quality team in documentation process.
- Involvement in reviewing batch records to ensure that all required records for the batch release process are included in the batch records. If any are missing, follow-up with the appropriate production departments to obtain the required records.
- Maintain all other GMP-related records in the designated archival locations.
- Support all other document control requirements, as required.
- Other work as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Around 2 – 3 years of experience in QA/QC documentation is must.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Computer Skills (MS Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Ability to complete tasks with accuracy, while working within deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships.
- Team player with the ability to follow-up and maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Salary: $20.00 to $22.00 hourly (based on relevant experience and skill sets)
