Greeting and seating guests, ensuring their comfort, and providing a smooth transition for
the Server. Responding to general inquiries regarding Casino events and services. Answering the phone to take
reservations and place takeout orders. Performing a variety of side work. Maintaining a clean and tidy host/hostess
station and entry area, and other light housekeeping. Doing a final service quality check with guests, referring service
issues to others as appropriate. Handling other tasks as required, to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, and
that guests are made welcome and comfortable.
