Position Overview

We have an opportunity for a permanent, full-time Risk Analyst in the Corporate Finance Department. Reporting to the Director, Project Portfolio Optimization, the Risk Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of enterprise risk processes, tools, and standardized guidance to capture, identify, evaluate, respond to, and report on risk information.

The analyst will take a supporting role in managing the Airport Authority's project risk assessments with initiative sponsors, project teams, Finance and other functional groups to ensure risk information is clear, measurable and aligned to organizational priorities. This includes supporting departments to demonstrate how proposed initiatives contribute to the mitigation of enterprise risks and how risk exposure will be tracked over time.

Key Responsibilities Include

Develop and maintain risk frameworks, tools, templates and guidance. Develop methodologies for risk identification, monitoring, assessment, scoring and mitigation. Conduct due diligence reviews of entries and submissions received from risk managers. Prepare dashboards, summaries and reports for management / governance forums. Maintain risk registers, reporting standards and metrics. Ensure risk data is structured, traceable and consistent. Provide guidance on risk methodology and documentation.

Key Qualifications Include

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Project Management or related discipline with at least 5 years of experience in risk analysis, project analysis, or related field. Experience assessing risks and preparing analytical outputs. Ability to think on a macro level – ability to analyze the external environment and build connections to the interconnectivity and impacts on the business. Knowledge of risk management frameworks and assessment techniques. Coursework or training in risk management, enterprise risk, project controls, or data analysis will be an asset

Although not required, French language skills are an asset as we are committed to providing bilingual services to our visitors and passengers. Candidates who do not speak French are still strongly encouraged to apply

Salary Range : $85,156 to $111,294 per annum, based on 37.5-hour work week. This is individually tailored to reflect your unique experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
