Administrative Assistant (Temporary)
The temporary Administrative Assistant provides general administrative support to the General Manager and assists with office projects, data management, and document preparation.
Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations for meetings and business reviews.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic records.
- Update and maintain simple Excel spreadsheets, reports, and trackers.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing electronic and paper documents.
- Support the General Manager with administrative and clerical tasks.
- Prepare and submit expense reports and supporting documentation.
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up activities.
- Proofread documents and presentations for accuracy and formatting.
- perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements for the role:
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous office or administrative experience is an asset bu not required.
