Job Description
As part of the Ticket Sales Team, your focus will be selling from a menu of products supporting Toronto Argonauts home games. This includes, but is not limited to, Season Ticket Memberships, Flex & Partial Packages, Executive Suite Rentals, Group Hospitality, and Premium Ticket packages. To be successful in this role, you must be a proactive, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a high-paced business environment and shares our common purpose to unite and empower employees to create extraordinary moments for our fans and each other.
We are a ‘team first’ culture so your first responsibility is to be an incredible teammate. Each member of our sales team takes an equal share in developing and preserving a positive and collaborative group dynamic; this is the foundation of our success.

Prospect new business through social selling, network mining, phone calls & live hosting opportunities.

Contribute to a collaborative sales culture that drives results across all properties, including the Toronto Maple Leafs, Raptors, TFC, Argonauts, Marlies, Raptors 905, Global Partnerships, Music & LIVE Events.

You will need to be prepared to pivot to focus as the demands of the business evolve. This could include helping with “Big Events” like All-Star Games and Grey Cup celebrations.

Prepare and execute presentations to prospective clients.
-
Develop prospects for sales through centers of influence, referrals, and appointments.
-
Manage the ticket system including accurate ticket administration and balancing of the financial process.

Successful sales results require winning behaviors. You will be required to master our CRM system as a tool to help guide your daily behaviors and measure the progression of your sales funnel.

Ensure customer and prospect contact with game-day sales efforts where applicable.
-
Develop long-term relationships with your customers.

Meet or exceed Ticket Sales and Membership revenue objectives .

Perform promotional or service functions as required .
Qualifications
-
Proven experience in developing sales and service relationships is ideal.

Confident user of Microsoft 360 - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

TiketMaster and/or ARCHTICS knowledge is an asset but not essential
-
Salesforce knowledge would be an asset.

A self-starter with a professional demeanor and presence.
-
Alert and receptive to shifting demands within a fast-paced, changing environment.

Comfortable and capable of delivering within a fast-paced environment, utilizing time management and organizational skills.

Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required .

A positive, team-first approach, incorporating integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.

Ongoing awareness and responsiveness to client happiness.

Demonstrated ability to build and develop professional relationships.

Skillful at listening, understanding, and presenting detail.
