Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support: Provide technical and functional support, Manage incidents within the defined scope, Ensure that problems are resolved;
- Set up monitoring and track the technical and functional components of the application: Set up systems and parameters for monitoring the scope, Monitor the proper execution of processes according to the production plan, Verify the functional and technical quality of interfaces/transfers between applications, Monitor the status of the application's technical components, Ensure that the application meets its functional requirements and works as expected, Verify the proper functioning of application backups and restores;
- Orchestrate and manage the various versions within your scope;
- Create and enrich application documentation;
- Maintain operational procedures;
- Create automations through Gitlab, Ansible, DAIR;
- Create and deploy updates for obsolescence and patches;
- Contribute to processes related to the activity, observe requirements, and perform necessary remediation;
- Contribute to the construction of production dashboards and perform defined actions to improve the service;
- Participate in continuous improvement actions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with these technologies: Configuration management tools: Ansible, Gitlab CI, DAIR, Scripts: Shell, Monitoring: Dynatrace, Autosys, CFT;
- Proficiency in ITIL methodology for operations with strong analytical skills and proven professional experience;
- Operational excellence in Redhat Linux and Windows server administration;
- Remediation of vulnerabilities on Linux and Windows servers;
- Knowledge of configuration management, monitoring, and continuous integration tools on UNIX and Windows platforms; configuration of Ansible tools;
- Automation of deployment, customization, updates, and monitoring via DevOps tools;
- Experience providing 24/7 support for critical servers, including availability, performance, monitoring, incident response, preparedness, change management, and capacity management;
- Experience with the ServiceNow ticket management tool;
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and problem-solving skills, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines;
- Experience with Kubernetes and containers;
Excellent communication skills in English. English is required as the position involves communicating with clients outside Quebec. Only candidates legally authorized to work for any employer in Canada will be considered. Why Join Onepoint?
