GFL Environmental is looking for a Class 3 Residential Driver to join our Residential Collection team in Calgary, AB! This is a fast paced collection role, requiring significant coordination and attention to detail. As a Residential Driver, you will be servicing over 1,000 residential homes per day, lifting and loading waste carts, using an automated loading arm, into the collection truck. The ideal candidate must be prepared for a highly demanding work environment that requires repetitive tasks, route planning, and a safety first mindset in all weather conditions. Ensure all required personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn at all times Perform comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete daily documentation Communicate any mechanical issues to maintenance personnel Follow all safety standards and regulations Assist with overflow routes, shop and yard tasks, and additional duties as assigned If you're looking for a rewarding role where you can stay active, work outdoors, and help keep the community clean, this is the job for you!
