Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer to develop, maintain, and support enterprise mainframe applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in COBOL development, JCL, DB2, CICS, and VSAM, with the ability to analyze business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Mainframe Development. Strong hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and VSAM. Experience in batch processing, online transaction processing, and production support. Ability to analyze, debug, and resolve application issues. Experience with Endevor, Changeman, File-AID, or similar mainframe tools. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domains. Exposure to IMS, MQ Series, and mainframe modernization initiatives. Experience with production support and incident management.
