Job Description
The Event Experience Team (EXT) is a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to creating memorable and impactful experiences that drive engagement and strengthen our brands. We specialize in leading a diverse portfolio of events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives designed to connect with our audiences in meaningful ways.
The Event s Coordinator , EXT will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and managing a wide range of events and experiences for our organization. This includes but is not limited to brand activations , corporate functions, conferences and premium galas. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Event Planning: Develop and oversee the planning and execution of events from inception to completion. This includes setting objectives , creating detailed event plans, and ensuring all aspects are aligned with organizational goals.

Vendor Management: M anage relationships with vendors and suppliers. Coordinate services such as catering, audiovisual support, decor, and transportation.

Logistics Coordination: Handle all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection , setup, breakdown, and managing on-site operations. Ensure events run smoothly and address any issues that arise.

Budget Management: Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards of quality. Track expenses and provide financial reports as needed.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.

On-Site Management: Oversee event operations on the day of the event, including coordinating staff, managing schedules, and addressing any last-minute changes or issues.

Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for future events.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
-
Post-secondary education or a certificate/diploma in Event Management , Hospitality, Marketing or related field
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination
-
Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, decision making and proven time management skills.
-
Ability to contribute to multiple projects with various timelines, as well as competing and changing priorities.
-
A self-starter with a mature, professional attitude and presence.
Requirements

Stay up to date on industry trends, contributing to the team raising the bar on every event created.

Strong project management skills
-
Highly organized and detail-oriented
-
Proven ability to listen and understand direction while communicating effectively.

Proficient in office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
-
Flexible on scheduling, with travel, working nights/weekends and or holidays.

Job Posting Compensation Range/Rate:
