About the role
Are you passionate about mechanical design and interested in working on stimulating technical projects in a dynamic environment? Do you have a strong command of Solid Edge software? Are you comfortable taking ownership of designs and projects? If so, we have a great opportunity for you.
Our client, a company specializing in the design and integration of technical solutions, is currently seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Mechanical Designer to join its design team.
In this role, you will actively contribute to the development and improvement of mechanical products while working closely with internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and structure mechanical concepts based on preliminary sketches, technical specifications, and reference information.
- Create 3D models, mechanical assemblies, and production drawings.
- Perform complete component design, including component selection and integration.
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications and production drawings.
- Coordinate, mentor, and supervise the activities of a two-person design team.
- Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements:
- DEC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent training.

Salary: $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience Schedule: Day shift Status: Permanent
