Job Title: Service Manager

Location: Hamilton, ON (On-site, Full-Time)

Role Overview We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team in Hamilton, ON. This full-time, on-site position is responsible for managing the daily operations of our service department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid background in compressed air systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the service department team, including technicians
• Coordinate and manage service schedules to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Maintain inventory and manage parts ordering and tracking
• Serve as the main point of contact for client service-related inquiries and issues
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards
• Collaborate closely with sales and rental teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with compressed air systems
• Proven track record in managing service operations and supervising technical teams
• Strong ability to coordinate service schedules and manage inventory effectively
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in the compressed air industry is a strong asset
• Valid driver's license required
