What you’ll do:
As a Central Intake Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping connect them to our services and clinics. In this vital role you will respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, provide information about our services and schedule appointments. You will ensure a smooth and welcoming intake process for every client.
- Deliver exceptional, luxury-level service and client care, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Stay active and available in the call queue to respond to clients in a timely manner.
- Manage client information, ensuring all data is kept confidential, accurate and up to date in the CRM.
- Educate clients, existing and prospective, about GraceMed services.
- Schedule all appointments efficiently and handle incoming inquiries via phone and email.
- Ensure clients receive all essential information and materials after scheduling their treatments.
- Working at one of our locations when needed to support in-person client services.
What you will bring along:
- A minimum of 3 – 5 years' experience working in customer-facing roles, preferably in luxury, hospitality, or high-end retail sectors.
- Prior experience in call centers or telephone-based customer support is often preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset and an engaging, positive attitude.
- Familiarity with the specific luxury market (fashion, travel, automobiles, etc.) is considered an asset.
- Exceptional time management, organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and a quick adaptability to new technology.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
- A high degree of empathy, confidentiality and attention to detail in all tasks.
