We are a global team of creators, storytellers, technologists, experience originators, innovators and so much more. We believe amazing games and experiences start with teams as diverse as the players and communities we serve. At Electronic Arts, the only limit is your imagination.

WE MAKE FUN...FUNNER.

We are Full Circle, and we're all about having fun and making great games that people want to play with their friends. As the developers of Skate™, we are set to deliver an experience that embraces and builds upon everything our community found special about the previous games. We believe in creating an inclusive world inside and outside of our games for our players and our team.

As our Senior Live Ops Designer, you will design, create, and manage live operation systems, features and content in our social sandbox game. The Senior Live Ops Designer defines and communicates the strategy and content for what players do in our live events. You have a wide knowledge of live operations and how live ops design impacts and intersects the metagame. You will guide a broad scope of live operations systems as they contribute to the player experience of a live game.

The Senior Live Ops Designer reports to the Lead Live Ops Designer.

  • Partner with key stakeholders to craft the overall live operations strategy and plans
  • Champion a player-focused live operations mindset throughout the team, ensuring that features are built with extensibility and growth in mind
  • Translate high-level visions, design concepts, and strategies into compelling content adhering to calendar of live events that promote player engagement
  • Lead with a player-first mentality, prioritizing long-term player health and engagement over shorter-term wins
  • Work in-engine to build, author, edit, and implement live event content

Qualifications

  • 5+ years game design experience, or show equivalent knowledge
  • At least 3 years of experience in live operations driving designs, strategies, and content plans
