Tasks
- Welcome workers and visitors: present facilities, hand over keys, explain regulations.
- Manage entries and exits in the SACHA system.
- Respond to inquiries and phone calls.
- Handle administrative tasks: emails, reports, internal postings, BT follow-ups.
- Coordinate room logistics with the supplier (Aramark) and perform inspections.
- Prepare and manage access cards, keys, and inventory.
- Receive and organize materials.
- Participate in start-of-shift meetings and collaborate with the team.
- Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- High school diploma (DES).
