What You’ll Do
As a Labourer in our Roofing Service Department, you’ll support roof repair, inspection, and maintenance work on commercial buildings. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to build a career in roofing while working with experienced technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with roof inspections and identifying visible damage or leaks
- Help install and repair roofing systems, including TPO membranes
- Clean and prepare roof surfaces, remove debris, and apply sealants
- Load, unload, and transport tools and materials
- Follow all safety procedures and wear the required protective equipment
- Travel to job sites, including occasional out-of-town work
What You Bring

Previous construction or roofing experience is an asset, but not required

Willingness to learn and take direction

Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift to 50 lbs

Strong work ethic and reliability

Valid Working at Heights Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Valid G driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
