Product specialists work closely with end users, conveyor engineers, and consulting engineers to match the right products to each project using extensive industry experience and global resources. The company serves tunneling, minerals, cement, and bulk handling industries worldwide, providing both individual conveyor belts and complete large-scale project packages. AFM Industries supports customers through every stage of a project, including product selection, logistics, installation, commissioning, and operator training, offering a comprehensive and service-oriented approach.

Role Description

You’ll support a wide range of business and marketing functions, including: Inventory Management: Maintain and update monthly inventory spreadsheets. Organize and facilitate inventory management meetings. Communicate with suppliers to obtain competitive quotes. Monitor inventory levels and prepare order lists for stock replenishment. Product Pricing Support: Collaborate with the manager to understand margin requirements and pricing strategies. Analyze price and cost changes to make informed recommendations that align with margins and market trends. Ensure all SKU pricing is accurately managed within the CRM system. Event Planning & Coordination: Plan and execute company tradeshows and events with exceptional attention to detail. Develop and manage event budgets, covering venue costs, marketing, and exhibitor fees. Coordinate logistics including booth setup, equipment rentals, transportation, and accommodations. Create detailed schedules and timelines to ensure seamless event execution. Print and Digital Marketing Communication: Assist in the creation and production of high-quality print collateral such as brochures, flyers, catalogs, and other promotional materials to support brand visibility. Collaborate with creative consultants to ensure visually compelling and brand-aligned designs for print materials. Manage the printing process, including vendor communication, proofing, and quality assurance. Support the development and deployment of digital campaigns across multiple platforms to complement print efforts and amplify brand awareness. Research and implement best practices for engaging stakeholders through a mix of targeted print and digital strategies. Competitive & Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses comparing the company’s products against industry trends. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance growth and profitability. Develop a strong understanding of the product, market, and competitive landscape. Build industry expertise and deepen knowledge of key market segments and user needs. Any other duties as required by management

Qualifications

Completion of a college or university program in Marketing or a Business-related field. Recent graduates are invited to apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Computer savvy, with strong working knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and online research platforms Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities A self-learner who thrives in a team environment Excellent organizational skills. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting Ability to meet deadlines.
