About the role

B2B Sales Representative - Professional Services

We’re seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to drive new business and manage existing accounts across the Prairies region selling a high-value and specialized service offering with strong market demand. This is a full cycle sales role focused on outbound prospecting, relationship-building, and consultative selling as you engage directly with business owners and senior decision-makers to identify needs and position services as strategic solutions that deliver measurable value to their organization.

This role is well suited for a sales professional that understands that selling services isn’t transactional, it is about building trust and selling knowledge, strategy and specialized execution. You must be comfortable prospecting, confident speaking with decision-makers, and be driven to meet or exceed monthly targets for activity, pipeline, and revenue. In this role you will:

Proactively prospect new clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking and build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities Engage decision-makers to understand their business challenges and position professional services and solutions in a clear, consultative manner Book and lead discovery conversations and strategy calls and manage the sales cycle from first contact through to close Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship development, track all activity and pipeline in CRM system

Qualified candidates possess 3-5 years’ experience in B2B sales, preference for sales of professional services such as; business consulting, corporate training, content marketing, financial advisory, or managed services, as well as:

Strong prospecting and cold outreach experience with the ability to conduct business-level conversations with business owners and executives Consultative sales approach and business savvy to ask the right questions and listen well Professional, confident communicator via phone, email, and virtual meetings Organized and disciplined with sales pipeline management Self-driven with a focus on results and motivated to grow your income through performance

Compensation includes a $65-75K salary with uncapped commissions and total income potential first year $100-125K, company health benefits, cell phone, laptop and all the technology tools needed for success, including joining a supportive, professional sales team with ongoing training in consultative and solution-based selling.
