The Engineering role focuses on enhancing the Payment Integrity Data Integrations Platform and leading production triage through resolution. You will partner closely with the business, clients, and team to design and implement solutions for issues and new requirements. This role works within the AWS environment, building enhancements in IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) and Microsoft SQL Server, and driving root-cause fixes to prevent recurring issues.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business and customers to design, plan and implement solutions to issues and new requirements
  • Primary contact for production triage, both internal and external
  • Configure and customize the Data Integration Platform
  • Evaluate, analyze, and troubleshoot system issues to address long term solutions
  • Create and update issue tickets as needed
  • Evaluate production performance issues, and develop, test and promote solutions
  • Work closely with QA to Test, benchmark and verify that the implemented system is error free
  • Support the customer during go-live when system is activated for live Production use
  • System matter expert for all LCHC clients and ITX processes
  • Mentor and assist team members to help get them up to speed on current environment
  • Enhance all utilities to align with a configuarble environment

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of ITX experience developing in the design studio
  • 7+ years working with ITX/Type trees and systems
  • 7+ years experience with developing procedures, views, tables, and databases within Microsoft SQL server
  • 5+ years of experience in AWS environment
  • 3+ years of experience in Power shell
  • Terraform experience
  • SSRS reporting experience
  • GitHub experience
  • Active Directory and Windows Server OS knowledge and experience
  • Experience with Email relayer and SMTP experience/troubleshooting
  • SFTP experience and troubleshooting
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience with Windows applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to work independently and under tight timelines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS certification

  • Security+ certification

  • Azure experience

  • AI tools like GITHUB Co-pilot; Code-x, etc.

  • Understanding of network topology and protocols

Canada Residents Only: The salary range for Canada residents is $82,700 to $132,700 annually/per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc
