The Role
As a Corporate Sales Associate, you’ll support the Corporate Sales team by processing wireless requests, managing orders, and assisting customers across multiple channels. Your attention to detail, sense of urgency, and customer-first mindset will ensure seamless experiences for our business clients.
What You’ll Do
- Process wireless requests quickly and accurately.
- Fulfill customer orders, including activations, invoicing, packing, and shipping.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage accounts receivable, following up on outstanding balances.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and updated pricing guides.
- Prioritize tasks with urgency, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support Corporate Sales Team in managing business accounts.
What You Bring
- Office administration certificate + 1 year of sales experience (or equivalent).
- Experience processing wireless requests in a sales or customer service setting.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency.
- Customer-first approach, ensuring professional and seamless service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
