Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will oversee daily kitchen operations, supervise

kitchen staff, maintain food safety standards, and ensure high-quality food preparation and service.

Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation.

How you will make an Impact

  • Supervise and support kitchen staff during daily operations.
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented according to company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Train, coach, and schedule kitchen employees.
  • Work closely with management to maintain efficient kitchen operations.

About you

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a commercial kitchen.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • The employee must obtain and maintain a valid Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) as condition of employment.
