About the role

PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in Vehicle Transport, Vehicle Processing and Storage, Fleet Conversions and Dealer Vehicle Storage.

Over the last 35 years we have grown to offer a wide range of specialised services including damage surveys, paint & panel rectifications, vehicle build ups including fleet conversions, vehicle storage, PDI services, detailing, vehicle registrations, and vehicle transport. With more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

The Role We currently have an opportunity for a National Account Manager to join our Business Partnerships team. A key requirement will be to develop and maintain working relationships with designated OEM accounts, ensuring that day to day service delivery, management of data and effective communication is delivered throughout the business.

Key Areas Of Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle across PrixCar's service lines
  • Oversee customer performance against agreed contractual parameters, ensuring service levels and KPIs are consistently achieved
  • Ensure all contract delivery aligns with senior management directives, customer policies, and statutory regulations
  • Actively support and participate in the company’s Business Improvement Program
  • Develop excellent customer relationships through a professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach
  • Plan and coordinate account activities, adapting to changing requirements to deliver optimal outcomes for customers
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth through cross-selling value-added solutions
  • Prepare, support, and contribute to business development initiatives and tender submissions
  • Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance work processes and operational performance
  • Provide timely and effective follow-up to internal and external customer enquiries, concerns, and escalations
  • Develop and implement performance measurement criteria (KPIs) for customer profitability, delivering monthly reports to senior management

Skills And Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally working with OEMs, dealerships, and/or fleet management
  • Exceptional rapport-building and relationship management skills, with the ability to establish trust, influence stakeholders, and maintain long-term client partnerships
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and persuasive capability
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to manage pressure and challenging situations professionally
  • Advanced computer skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to following up on outstanding issues
  • Strong planning skills with the ability to execute tasks effectively and consistently
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Automotive industry experience is preferred but not essential
