We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems being trained on healthcare and clinical data. Your domain expertise will directly shape how AI understands, interprets, and communicates complex health information — making a real impact on the future of healthcare AI.

Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Analyze and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data, EHR systems, and clinical workflows for accuracy and quality Review how AI interprets health information systems, data pipelines, and clinical reporting — flagging errors or gaps in reasoning Apply your expertise in healthcare data trends to assess the quality of AI-generated insights and recommendations Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI systems better understand clinical and operational decision-making Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Hands-on experience working with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting Ability to evaluate complex health information with precision and clarity Comfortable working across clinical, technical, and operational subject matter Self-motivated and detail-oriented — able to deliver consistent, high-quality feedback
Nice to Have
Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems Familiarity with health data standards such as HL7, FHIR, or ICD coding Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or population health analytics
