te Job descriptio n: Detail JD attached FYRIdentity and Access Management (IAM) Operations Lead is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and governance of an organization's identity security infrastructure. They ensure that the right individuals have the correct access to technology resources at the right time, minimizing security risks while maintaining operational continui
ty. Role: IAM Operations LeadRole Sum maryThe IAM Operations Lead is responsible for end to end IAM operational delivery for Client, ensuring stable services, SLA/KPI adherence, strong governance, and effective customer communication. The role acts as the primary operations interface to client/stakeholders and leads a high performance IAM operations t eam.____________________________________ Key Responsibili ties- Own day to day IAM operations for Client including JML, access provisioning, de provisioning, modifications, and recertifica tion- Ensure SLA and KPI compliance, monitor backlog, ticket aging, response quality, and drive continuous improvem ents- Lead operational governance, audits, and compliance reporting aligned to Client requirem ents- Prepare and present weekly/monthly service reports and lead customer service review meet ings- Act as the escalation point for critical IAM incidents and operational r isks- Drive operational discipline across ITSM processes (Incident, SR, Problem, Cha nge)- Build, manage, and mentor a high performance IAM operations team (onshore/offsh ore)________________________________ Required Experi ence- 8+ years in IAM / Security operations with customer facing delivery experi ence- Strong understanding of IAM concepts (JML, RBAC, access reviews, recertificat ion)- Proven experience in operations governance, KPI tracking, and stakeholder manage ment________________________________ ____Success Meas ures- SLA & KPI adher ence- Reduced backlog and operational def ects- Improved audit outcomes and customer satisfac tion- Stable, scalable IAM operations for Cl
