Our priority is to make sure we hire safe employees that care about the service provided to the community. As a Wash Bay Labourer with us the minimum responsibilities are:
- Moving trucks safely.
- Parking trucks safely and in an organized manner.
- Organizing Wash Bay equipment.
- Wash containers, trucks, and floors.
- Ensure Wash Bay is kept in clean and safe working conditions.
- Ensure all containers coming into the shop are washed and left in a state that is representative of our service levels.
- Responsible for prioritizing work, based on communication with operations management staff, operators, mechanical staff, welders, and others to ensure that customer expectations for timely service are met.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Knowledge of the operation of trucks and washers.
- Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract required.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly.
- Ability to work both in a team environment and unsupervised.
- Good communication skills.
- Physically fit and capable.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment tests.
- A criminal record check will be required.
