Job Summary:

• We are looking for an Intermediate Sapiens Policy Pro Configurator with solid experience in configuring and integrating insurance policy systems.
• The candidate will work on module development configuration and integration tasks while collaborating with cross functional teams in an Agile environment

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree with more than 5 years in role or more than 8 years in role
• Intermediate experience as Sapiens PolicyPro Configurator

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure product coverage action formulae and interface configuration within Sapiens Policy Pro
• Assist in implementation projects and large enhancements
• Develop and maintain configuration documentation and adhere to best practices
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure quality deliverables
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
• Support troubleshooting and defect resolution activities

Primary Skills:

• Proficiency in Sapiens Policy Pro configuration
• Good understanding of Oracle DB and data models
• Experience with REST API based integrations
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Basic programming skills in Java or similar technologies
• Able to analyze application logs to find issues and support troubleshooting
• Good Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Secondary Skill’s:

• Exposure to Dynatrace Splunk Stylus Studio BPM or MuleSoft integration tools
• Insurance domain knowledge preferred

Soft Skill’s:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
