LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY – CREATE EXCEPTIONAL GUEST EXPERIENCES

As a Leader with Paradies Lagardère Dining, you will play a vital role in

creating memorable dining experiences for travelers from around the world. More than a supervisor, you will be a coach, mentor, and role model who inspires teams to deliver outstanding service, operational excellence, and exceptional hospitality every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

INSPIRE AND LEAD TEAMS

  • Lead each shift with confidence by assigning responsibilities, coaching team members, and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Serve as a role model who motivates, develops, and supports employees while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Promote teamwork, engagement, and professional growth through ongoing training and recognition.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, team members, and leadership through trust, communication, and collaboration.

DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL GUEST EXPERIENCES

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere by warmly greeting guests and ensuring every interaction reflects our First-Class Service standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns quickly and professionally.

DRIVE OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

  • Support daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, receiving, storage, and cost control.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, food safety, and sanitation.
  • Monitor food quality and temperature standards to ensure a safe and exceptional dining experience.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Food & Beverage or hospitality experience preferred, but we welcome individuals with strong leadership potential and a passion for guest service.
  • ServSafe Certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Self-motivated individual who takes initiative and works well independently and as part of a team.
