SCHEDULE: Monday to Thursday 1:15 PM to 10:30 PM, 33 hours per week

The challenges that await you
As a receptionist, you contribute to providing an exceptional experience and service to visitors and organizations by welcoming and directing them within the building. You inform them and respond to their inquiries. Additionally, you handle reservations, sales transactions, and various office tasks. You collect feedback, suggestions, and complaints from citizens and partners. You collaborate with the team on opening, closing, and access to the premises.
Requirements
- Hold a high school diploma (DES);
- Have at least one (1) year of relevant experience in customer service with direct public contact;
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and be a good team player;
- Demonstrate autonomy and have a strong commitment to providing quality customer service;
- Have a perfect command of French, both spoken and written.
Selection Mechanism
- An online French test;
- An interview;
- Pre-employment checks.
