Key Responsibilities Marketing
- Assist in the creation and planning of content for social media, newsletters, and internal campaigns.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Conduct research on market trends and best practices.
- Help track marketing performance and contribute to reporting.
- Support the team in coordinating projects and communications.
Administrative Support - Talent Acquisition
- Assist with the preparation of hiring files and onboarding documentation.
- Help monitor certain pre-employment steps.
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.
Collaboration
- Work closely with various teams including HR, marketing, and operations.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned projects.
Candidate Profile
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Interest in corporate marketing and structured professional environments.
- Fluency in both French and English is required.
