At Convertiqq, we're looking for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to develop valuable communication and sales skills while helping brands connect with customers through face-to-face campaigns.
As a Sales & Communications Associate, you'll become an important part of our customer engagement team, supporting sales initiatives while representing brands professionally and confidently.
A Day In The Role
No two days are exactly the same.
You'll spend your time engaging directly with customers, building relationships, and helping deliver sales and customer acquisition campaigns across the Vancouver area. Responsibilities include:
Creating positive customer experiences through face-to-face engagement Communicating products, services, and promotional offers clearly and confidently Building rapport with new customers and strengthening brand awareness Supporting customer acquisition and sales objectives Answering questions and providing helpful information Gathering customer feedback and market insights Working collaboratively with team leaders and colleagues
Skills You'll Develop
This role offers practical experience in: Sales and customer acquisition Communication and presentation Relationship-building Customer engagement Goal setting and performance tracking Team collaboration Professional confidence
