Real Estate Inside Sales Agent / Appointment Setter

Authentic Reach Marketing is hiring an experienced Real Estate Inside Sales Agent / Appointment Setter to follow up with inbound buyer and seller leads generated through paid advertising campaigns for our real estate clients. This is not a basic cold-calling role.
The people you will speak with have already submitted their information and expressed interest through one of our clients’ marketing campaigns. Your job is to contact leads quickly, build rapport, understand their situation, qualify them properly, manage follow-up, and book legitimate appointments for our real estate clients.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a pipeline, not someone who simply makes calls and waits for instructions.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Calling and texting inbound real estate leads Qualifying buyer and seller prospects Booking qualified phone and in-person appointments Completing scheduled callbacks on time Following up consistently with leads who are not ready immediately Updating CRM notes accurately after every meaningful conversation Managing follow-up tasks and pipeline stages Communicating clearly with the internal team Following scripts, frameworks, and training Tracking KPIs and improving performance week over week
The goal is not to book anyone who answers the phone. The goal is to create qualified appointments that our clients can realistically convert into business.
Required Experience
You should have:
At least 1 year of appointment setting, inside sales, telesales, or call centre experience Strong spoken and written English Confidence speaking with prospects by phone Experience handling follow-up conversations Strong organization and attention to detail Comfort working inside a CRM Ability to follow a script without sounding robotic Ability to receive feedback and improve quickly Reliable internet, phone access, and a quiet work environment
Real estate experience is strongly preferred.
Experience speaking with homebuyers, homeowners, mortgage leads, insurance leads, or other high-ticket consumer prospects is also valuable.
Availability Requirement
You must be reliably available Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern Time. This does not mean you will be making calls every minute of the day.
It does mean you must be available during this window to:
Respond quickly to new leads Complete scheduled callbacks Reply to lead messages Manage active follow-up Communicate with the team
Speed-to-lead and callback reliability are major parts of this role.
Compensation
This position begins as an independent contractor role. You will start with a limited number of client accounts while we evaluate performance, reliability, communication, CRM discipline, and appointment quality. Initial compensation:
$200 CAD per month for each active client account managed
Examples: 1 client account = $200 CAD/month base 2 client accounts = $400 CAD/month base 3 client accounts = $600 CAD/month base 4 client accounts = $800 CAD/month base
In addition to base compensation, there are weekly performance bonuses tied to qualified appointment KPIs. Bonuses are based on legitimate qualified appointments, accurate CRM updates, and proper completion of required follow-up.
As the company grows and you prove that you can manage more responsibility, there is potential to move into a larger full-time-capacity role.
At approximately 10–15 active accounts, the target structure is: $2,000 CAD/month base + weekly KPI bonuses
Strong performers consistently hitting KPI targets may earn approximately $3,000 CAD/month, with further upside as responsibility, client volume, and internal appointment-setting opportunities increase.
Training and support will be provided. You are not expected to build the system from scratch. The system already exists. Your job is to learn it, follow it, communicate clearly, and improve your performance over time.
Attention to detail matters in this role. When completing the application, enter the number 47 when asked for the application verification number.
Final candidates will be invited to a live interview and may be asked to complete a role-specific skills assessment.
