Georgetown Volkswagen is looking for an Appointment Coordinator to join our Service team!
Our Appointment Coordinators are responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our service department. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating service appointments, communicating with customers to schedule services, and providing outstanding customer service at all times.
Primary Job Duties:
- Schedule service appointments efficiently, optimizing service department resources and maximizing productivity.
- Coordinate appointments based on customer preferences and vehicle maintenance needs.
- Engage with customers to gather necessary information and provide appointment details.
- Confirm and remind customers of their scheduled appointments, ensuring a seamless service experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service appointments and customer information using our dealership's management software.
- Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of appointments and effective communication with customers.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive dealership-client relationship.
Successful Candidates Possess:
- Proven experience in customer service or appointment scheduling preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
