The Canadian Institute of Home Inspectors is seeking experienced Trades Instructors to deliver engaging, online instruction to home inspector students. Instructors will teach approximately 6 hours of content in one or more of the following areas: Roofing, Exterior Finishes, Structural (Carpentry), Building Science, Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC. Courses are delivered remotely via Zoom, with flexible scheduling in April 2026.

Applicants must hold a Red Seal certification or have previous post-secondary teaching experience in a relevant trade. This is a contract role offered once per year, with compensation of $750 for a single day of instruction.
