WHAT WILL I BE DOING? The Parking Attendant exemplifies our culture of creating revolutionary guest experiences and contributes positively toward uniting the team around purpose and fun. This purpose of this role is to support safe, efficient, and well-organized parking operations by guiding vehicles, assisting guests, and maintaining orderly parking areas to ensure a positive arrival and departure experience.
- Providing courteous assistance and information to guests, including directions, parking procedures, and general site guidance.
- Monitoring parking areas for safety hazards, congestion, or unauthorized parking, reporting issues to supervisors as needed.
- Enforcing parking policies and procedures in a professional and respectful manner.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in parking areas, including assisting with signage placement and seasonal operational needs
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and problem solve as well as manage challenging situations.
- Team orientated with an energetic, friendly, cheerful and animated demeanor.
- Ability to work outdoors in cold/inclement weather for the duration of your shift.
