JOB DESCRIPTION
Troll Co is looking for a Wholesale Brand Manager to lead wholesale growth across Canada. This role is focused on selling Troll Co to key retailers, expanding your territory, strengthening existing partnerships, and building new relationships that drive long term brand growth.
You will act as a key representative of the Troll Co brand - combining sales strategy, relationship building, and market development to grow our presence across Canada. This is a highly collaborative, client facing role that works closely with internal teams across production, marketing, and operations to bring new programs to life and deliver best-in-class service to our retail partners.
You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, and ensuring Troll Co continues to build strong, lasting relationships with our retailers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Wholesale Growth & Territory Expansion
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Canadian wholesale accounts.
- Proactively identify and pursue new retail partners to expand Troll Co’s distribution.
- Develop and execute territory plans aligned with annual sales targets and brand strategy.
- Represent Troll Co at trade shows, market appointments, and retailer meetings.
Account Management & Relationship Building
- Act as the primary point of contact for retail partners throughout the selling cycle..
- Develop a deep understanding of each retailer’s customer, assortment strategy, and merchandising needs.
- Lead seasonal sell in meetings and present new collections and product opportunities.
- Represent the Troll Co brand voice and positioning in all retailer interactions.
Sales Execution & Program Management

Forecast demand and manage seasonal order pipelines.

Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth execution from order placement through delivery.

Proactively identify risks and help troubleshoot production, inventory, or delivery challenges.

Provide feedback on product, trends, and retailer needs to support future product development.
Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Track and report on sales activity, forecasts, and account performance.
- Contribute to weekly sales meetings and provide market feedback and retailer insights.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 - 4+ years of experience in wholesale sales, account management, or brand partnerships.
- Experience in apparel, lifestyle, outdoor, or workwear categories is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape and a proven track record of growing retail accounts and opening new doors.
- Strong understanding of wholesale sales cycles and retail merchandising.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and retailer meetings.
Compensation:
- Expected compensation range: $90,000 CAD - $120,000 CAD
- The range may vary based on experience and qualifications.
This compensation encompasses base salary, bonuses and vacation pay as required under Ontario Regulation 476/24 made under the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
