We are looking for a motivated, organized and service-driven professional to help customers explore Top Canadians’ advertising opportunities and guide them through a smooth, successful sales and publishing experience. What You will Do?

1. Build strong relationships with business owners and create a welcoming environment for meaningful conversations;

2. Educate and excite prospective clients about Top Canadians’ advertisements across various communication channels;

3. Help grow and manage a healthy sales pipeline by collecting client information and assisting with online advertisement setup;

4. Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to preparing ads and completing online applications;

5. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs while contributing to broader team goals;

6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Top Canadians’ offerings and current trends in premium marketing and business promotion;

7. Support additional business needs as required, which may include direct deliveries to customers.

What You will Bring?

1. 3+ years of customer service and/or professional sales experience with a proven ability to achieve results;

2. A genuine passion for Top Canadians’ mission and innovations in the personal transportation and sustainability space;

3. Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication in English;

4. Proficiency with email marketing tools, Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems;

5. Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays in a remote setting;

6. Confidence in reaching out to business owners via phone, email or in-person visits;

7. A social media presence that allows you to act as an influencer, promoting your offers through engaging video content;

8. Availability for virtual meetings with management at least twice a week;

9. A valid Canadian driver’s license.

Compensation & Benefits:

As a full-time employee, you will receive competitive commission-based pay and become eligible for the following benefits after three months:

1. Medical and dental plan options with zero dollar deduction;

2. 30% commission on each sale (For example: the sale of a $2,999 Platinum Membership earns you $900)

3. Commission increases every six months based on performance up to 50%.
