POSITION SUMMARY

We are a fast-growing EV infrastructure company specializing in supplying and installing electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in multi-residential (apartments, condominiums, town homes and mixed-use developments) as well as commercial and industrial properties. As EV adoption accelerates, we help property owners future-proof their buildings and increase asset value with turnkey charging solutions.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative with 3 - 5 years of proven sales success. This role is ideal for a high-performing closer who thrives in consultative and communicative sales, understands long sales cycles, and is motivated by substantial earning potential.

Compensation

-Base salary:  $60,000 - $80,000 annually

-Commission: Uncapped; paid monthly (per commission plan)

-Total Earnings potential: Top performers may earn $250,000+ annually (performance-dependent)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect and develop relationships with property owners, developers, condo boards and property management firms.

  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking and industry events.

  • Conduct site assessments and deliver customized EV charging proposals.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution.

  • Collaborate with the operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting.

  • Represent EVSTART at trade association events and meetings to promote product offerings.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 – 5 years of sales experience (B2B preferred).

  • Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals.

  • Experience in real estate, construction, energy, SaaS or related industries is a strong asset.

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and long sales cycles.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.

  • Planning & Structuring  – well organized and knows how to establish work plans, multitask, efficiently allocates or makes use of available resources, act according to plans and establishes priorities.

  • Passion for Impact  – enthusiasm for innovation and sustainability in the EV charging industry.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.

  • Some travel is required within Ontario.
