Responsibilities
Long-term Care
Practice safe, compassionate, competent, and ethical care throughout the continuum of health and wellness of the residents. Administer direct nursing care and plan Resident care in consultation from the multidisciplinary care team. Administering and recording prescribed medication
Home Care
Diabetes management Dialysis IV medications Palliative care Phlebotomy Wound care
Core Requirements
Current Licensed (or eligible for license) with the Nova Scotia College of Nurses
