Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Type: Permanent/Full Time

Reports to: General Manager

Wages: Base wage plus commission, plus Health & Dental Benefits after 3 Months.

Responsibilities:

· Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner while building rapport.

· Initiate relationships with new and existing consumers to educate them on the products & services available to them with the goal of closing sales.

· Provide a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty.

· Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.

· Reach out to potential leads through various channels, such as email, phone, and text.

· Assisting customers thought the buying process providing value and exceptional customer service.

· Process customer orders and submit to the Selling Sales Manager for approval.

· Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional customer service.

· Achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and following the selling process with potential buyers, including product demos and presentations.

· Stay up to date with new products/services.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualification & Experience:

· Proven work experience as a Sales Professional or similar role.

· Retail sales experience of big-ticket items (such as hot tubs, pools, cars, furniture, T.V.s, HVAC, windows, etc.) is a definite asset.

· Spa/hot tub and pool knowledge.

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Experience in Spa/pool industry, an asset.

· Experience with equipment sales; an asset.
