Licensing Coordinator (4 month contract)
Toronto, ON
Reports to: Manager, Operations
Location: Toronto/GTA
Hybrid work: Remote work with 1-2 days per week in office
About Entandem:
Entandem is a joint venture between Re: Sound and SOCAN. Entandem simplifies music licenses for Canadian organizations and businesses that use recorded and/or live music to make their business or event better. Entandem licensing ensures that those who made the music are compensated.
Overall Accountability:
Provide administrative support for the business unit and outsourcing groups. This includes invoicing, funds application, account reconciliation, and correct tariff identification.
Responsibilities:
- Verify incoming payments
- Data entry, invoice creation and application of funds.
- Process financial cases daily.
- Provide assistance with vendors’ invoices, and ordering of office supplies
- Process mailing of letters and eBlasts for the business unit
- Distribution of incoming correspondence.
- Support outsourced services
- Participate in special projects
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Basic accounting working knowledge
- Proficient with using MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent time management
