- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

What the job involves
- We’re hiring a Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist to support our sales hiring function
- Reporting into the Manager of Talent, you’ll be responsible for building a bench of high-caliber candidates and coordinating a seamless recruitment experience from outreach to interview
- CoLab’s sales org is growing rapidly—and finding the right people at the right time is critical
- Your focus will be on proactively sourcing talent, managing our outbound recruitment efforts, and supporting our hiring team with coordination and candidate experience
- You’ll work closely with the Manager of Talent and hiring leaders to build and execute recruiting strategies that help us find and close top performers in competitive markets
- Source passive candidates for Account Executive and other revenue-driving roles
- Personalize and send outbound messages that stand out in a crowded inbox
- Manage and maintain candidate pipelines using our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling across candidates and hiring teams
- Ensure a strong candidate experience from first contact through offer
- Partner closely with the Manager of Talent to prioritize and drive hiring efforts
- Support recruitment reporting and metrics tracking
