About the role
Pay Range : CAD 50-55/hr Must have: Gen AI Testing Gen AI Testing Pioneer: Lead the integration of Gen AI into all phases of testingfrom automated test case generation and synthetic data creation to intelligent buganalysis.Shift-Left Engineering: Work side-by-side with developers to automate everything.You will architect robust test suites that run within high-frequency CI/CD pipelines.Infrastructure & Simulation: Leverage cloud-based testing platforms and servicevirtualization to enable testing in isolated| high-scale environments.Drive Automation: Design and implement CI/CD pipeline enhancements throughagent integration to increase deployment efficiency and reliability.Collaborate: Work within an Agile squad of technical and business partners.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDCore Quality Engineering Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in Quality Engineering andAutomation. Multi-Platform Testing: Proven expertise in Web (Selenium| Playwright| orCypress)|API testing (Postman| RestAssured). Version Control: Expert knowledge of Git branching and merging strategies.The Modern AI & Tools Edge Gen AI in QE: Proven experience leveraging Gen AI (e.g.| Copilot| Claude| orspecialized QA agents) for test script generation| maintenance| and edge-casediscovery.Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves) Agentic AI for QE: Familiarity with building or using autonomous agents for self-healing test suites or exploratory testing.
