Role Overview We're looking for a Systems Administrator to join our Systems Team. You'll be a hands-on contributor responsible for the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and hosting platforms, keeping things secure, reliable, and running smoothly. This is a role for someone who takes ownership, brings energy, and isn't afraid to dig in when things get hard.
What You’ll DoIT Support & Endpoint Management Manage user access, endpoints, and day-to-day IT operations Maintain and improve internal documentation and processes Support onboarding/offboarding and device lifecycle management Systems & Server Administration Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers Monitor system health, apply patches, and ensure stability Contribute to disaster recovery planning and uptime improvements Cloud & Infrastructure (AWS) Support AWS environments including IAM, networking, compute, and storage Assist with infrastructure changes and capacity planning under the Team Lead Help document cloud configurations and maintain operational runbooks Hosting Platforms Manage and support hosting environments including Plesk and WordPress Troubleshoot hosting issues and maintain platform reliability Assist with migrations and platform improvements as needed Security & Incident Response Apply security patches and support access control best practices Participate in incident response — triage, escalate, resolve Help maintain audit logs, security baselines, and compliance hygiene On-Call & Live Production Support Participate in on-call rotation to support production environments Respond to alerts and critical incidents outside of business hours as needed Collaborate with the Team Lead during major incidents and post-mortems What Matters Most

We’re looking for someone who: Takes ownership and follows through, without being asked twice Stays calm under pressure and solves problems methodically Communicates clearly and works well with a small, close team Is curious, keeps learning, and isn't precious about asking for help What You Bring 3–5 years of experience in a systems administration or IT infrastructure role Solid hands-on experience with both Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL) Working knowledge of AWS services (IAM, EC2, S3, VPC, Route 53) Experience with hosting platforms such as Plesk and WordPress Comfort supporting IT operations including endpoint management and user access Familiarity with security fundamentals: patching, access controls, incident handling Exposure to monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and basic scripting or automation Comfort in on-call or production support environments Nice to Have Experience with Git and basic DevOps workflows Scripting ability in Bash, Python, or PowerShell Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code terraform, ansible, git, ci/cd Any relevant certifications (AWS, CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) What We Offer The opportunity to work in an atmosphere that truly rewards hard work and creative thinking.
