We are looking for a customer-service oriented and enthusiastic individual to communicate and contact our valued customers.
Only candidates with experience within an automotive dealership environment need apply.
Here's what you'll deliver:
- MUST have automotive dealership experience
- Team Player
- Focus will be on customer satisfaction and retention
- Experience with automotive operating software
- Responsible for making customer satisfaction calls to review previous days work.
- Booking appointments via text, email and phone.
- Working in various electronic portals
- Warranty claims and submissions
- Other duties as required
What you'll need to succeed:
- Only experience within a automotive dealership environment need apply
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanour
- Organizational ability and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
- At least one (1) years professional phone handling experience
- At least one (1) years customer-service experience
