Oncology Sales Representative - Breast Cancer (Western Canada)

As an Oncology Sales Representative, you will report to the Oncology Sales Manager – Breast Cancer. You will lead priority accounts across Western Canada, shaping adoption of our breast cancer portfolio through evidence‑based conversations, strategic account planning, and deep collaboration with medical and cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities:

Deliver and exceed sales targets across priority academic and community accounts in Western Canada

Build a strategic, data-driven territory business and key account plan, demonstrating proficiency with CRM, omnichannel, and analytics tools

Influence across the ecosystem, positively impacting and influence others and able to quickly establish credibility while building strong business relationships with institutional stakeholders

Compliantly engage key HCPs in complex, sophisticated clinical environments, developing and implementing strategies to improve treatment using planning and influencing skills

An excellent team player, thriving in a high-performing, diverse team, enhancing team cohesion and agility

Plan and deliver impactful education programs with health care providers, working with the broader Sales, Brand, and Scientific team

Demonstrate organization, agility and resourcefulness, able to thrive in a dynamic work environment

Strong business acumen and communication skills
Qualifications:
-
University degree in science and/or business
-
Minimum 2+ years in oncology sales with a solid understanding of institutional account dynamics, launch experience an asset
