Onboarding and Sales Trainer We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Onboarding and Sales Trainer for the GTA. This multifaceted position encompasses the responsibilities of, requiring travel between locations, strong team building skills, coaching expertise, lead the onboarding process for new hires, and the ability to enhance store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Training:
- Implement an effective onboarding program for new hires.
- Conduct training sessions on company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to new employees during the onboarding process.

The realm of Managing Store Operations will see you offering training in stores and conducting enlightening sessions for store managers on sales techniques and procedures. A vigilant eye on sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monthly employee evaluations, and managing in-store orientation processes will be your daily fare. A strong Visual Merchandising background is a must to enhance store aesthetics and the overall customer experience.

As for Qualifications and Skills , we are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience as an area manager, general manager, or training manager. Proven experience in onboarding and training processes is non-negotiable. An excellent understanding of retail and fashion experience is a prerequisite. Bilingual skills are a plus, depending on the region, and computer-savvy skills are indispensable. Having your own car is a must, and fear not, a gas allowance will be provided. Flexibility with your schedule, including Saturdays, is a requirement.
